Today Happiness is biting into an organic strawberry and sharing the rest of the batch with friends!
I am attending the Food as medicine conference which is one of my favorite conferences. The purpose of the conference is to teach medical and therapeutic professionals how use food as medicine. My favorite part of the conference is lunch we have delicious foods that our prepared by a wonderful chef, Rebecca Katz, she weave delectable favors into her recipes creating a suburb and healthy meal each day. After lunch I walked past the buffet table the bowl of strawberries calling me as dessert. I grabbed one and made my way back to the lecture hall. I bit into the strawberry 3 floors later and it was so luscious and juicy that I turned around and when back to the buffet to fill up a bowl to bring back downstairs with me. I shared it with my colleagues and we were floored how sweet and satisfying. Exceptional! It was amazing example how different and better food tastes when it is organic.
