Today happiness is a fridge full of food! I love having food in the refrigerator. Cooked food is always wonderful but even having the raw materials is wonderful too. Having food in the fridge encourages me to eat healthy for meals and snacks. When there is no food in house I am more tempted to eat snacks, treats, non- healthy foods. Planning for your meals is the key to eating healthy. I think it is the single most effective strategy to eating healthy. When I have healthy fruits and vegetables waiting for me I get inspired to whip something up and gives me energy and keeps me honest about telling others to eat well too.
