During the holiday season there is food everywhere.  It doesn't matter what specific holiday you are celebrating Chanukah. Christmas, Kwanzaa or others there will be a celebration that includes food!  So when you are surveying the table make a decision about what one thing you really want to eat. Then try to make the rest of your plate look as normal and healthy as possible. In this way you can still get in your favorite food and not overload your body at same time.  Your body will thank you for the balance!
