Healthy Holiday Tip #2 Don't Take Leftovers Home During the Holidays

Your family is like my family then you look forward to big dinners during the holiday season.  It time to get together for food and family fun. I love to enjoy a holiday dinner!  People look at me and say you can't really enjoy a good meal you don't look like you eat enough.  I'm going to let you in on a holiday secret.  I give myself permission to fully enjoy my holiday meal BUT I don't take any leftovers home with me. 

When you take leftovers home instead of eating one holiday meal you end up eating a holiday meal for 3-5 days and that can cause health problems ! and wait gain. Simply, If you eat leftovers for days after your meal you are more likely to gain weight during the holiday season.

So enjoy your holiday season by creating the right balance.
