Thoughts are things! Thoughts manifest our lives. When we have thoughts of gratitude and thanksgiving our lives are filled with grace. When we have thoughts of lack and fear our lives are filled with sorrow and disappointment.
Today I am conducting an experiment to stop every hour take a breath and give thanks for my life. The purpose is to put me on the track to creating and manifesting my goals. Yes, I did it is one of the best feelings in the world and I want more of those every single day!
