The more you do something the easier it becomes.  The purpose of creating healthy habits is to create ease in your life.

I want you to take a moment and think about the first time you did something at work or on a new project last year.  Perhaps it seemed hard or intimidating to you? Now a year later do you find the same project a challenge?  Probably not.

Why is it easier?  Now you have developed processes and habits that make it a breeze you do it with ease.  healthy habits happen the same way.  You develop processes or your favorite way to do something and it becomes easy.  Healthy habits are a way of reducing stress and increasing ease!
