Today happiness is an after dinner stroll with friends! One of my favorite parts of my Food As Medicine conference is spending time with the other faculty members at dinner. Of course all of the faculty members are foodies and look for local sustainable and whole food choices to eat. For the last 2 years we have walked through the neighborhood of the hotel looking for a good place to eat and we usually walk a couple of miles sit and enjoy a meal and then walk back to the hotel. Making a wonderful evening of food, friends and exercise. It is great way for me to spend my time.
