When we think about Valentine's Day there is one food that immediately comes to mind chocolate, fancy chocolate at that. In this fun and hands on class we will learn how to make 3 different types of truffles. Truffles are much easier to make than you might think. They are also a great activities to do with friends and family. Once you see how easy they are you will be hooked to make them for all different holidays. As a bonus you will be able to take home 1/2 a dozen of each truffle we make to share with your valentine.
- Chocolate Peanut Butter TruffleEveryone loves the combination of chocolate and peanut butter so we will create truffles with both flavors.
- Orange Chocolate truffle DropsA little orange zest take these soft chewy centered truffles to a very yummy place. They have almonds for a little crunch as well.
- Your favorite Chocolate BarWhile this is not a traditional truffle it is wonderful way to eat chocolate. We will have several topping to choose from and you can make your own chocolate bar. Perhaps you want dried cherries and almonds, or coconut with hazelnuts. You get to choose
