We are doing a new EAT MORE PLANTS 7 day Challenge starting APRIL 20 - April 27 In conjunction with US VegWeek!! Join now! IT"S FREE!
It's simple we are just asking you to increase the number of fruits and veggies you normally eat. If you usually eat 2 servings, the US average then bump it up to 3 or more for the challenge.
If you really want to go all in eat vegetarian for the entire week!
If you really, really want to go ALL in then go vegan for the week!
It's a fun way to challenge yourself to get healthy and have fun with a group of like minded people!
We will eat real food during this challenge. Eating healthy delicious food is the best way to get you in the habits of eating healthy as part of a continuing lifestyle. Trust me if it doesn’t taste good it doesn’t matter how healthy it is you will not eat. We need to focus on easy, healthy foods that you have in your refrigerator or pantry, (or foods you would like to have in your pantry) you are making in a new way. This program will increase your energy and your vitality. This can be the beginning of new healthy habits that you can incorporate into your daily lifestyle. I hope you do because medical research is now confirming the more plant-based your diet the more you reduce your risk for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, obesity and other chronic illnesses.
In addition to a healthy eat finding time in the day to relax and exercise is extremely important. De-stressing is also crucial to your cleansing process. When you are stressed all the time you create free radicals that damage your cells and pre-maturely cause aging and bad health.
Who wants that? Nobody!!! So I encourage you to take time eat in relaxing ways and do something that is relaxing too.
