This week went to the grocery store and we learned how to get everything you need to make healthy cooking and eating simple. This handout will remind you of the important points that learned from the video. Remember that we looked at the important sections in the perimeter of the grocery store: produce, fish, meat, poultry, dairy, eggs, and frozen foods. 

We then looked into the interior sections to see where the hidden gems of whole foods and pantry items are found.
