Americans eat 1 1/2 serving of fruits and vegetables every day!  The recommended servings are between 7-13 so there is plenty of room for improvement.  I have created a segment to show you how to increase your fruits and vegetables every day.  I picked a number in the middle of the recommended serving size 10!

10 Servings of Fruits and Vegetables is easier than you think.  This week show you how to get in fruits and vegetables during breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and event dessert!  The purpose of this exercise is to give you ideas about how to start increasing your fruits and vegetables anytime you eat food.  If you just start increasing one serving every day and you increase one serving every month in one year you can totally transform your health!
