DAY 2 - 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge

Today's recipe is Green Caprice

The ingredients are collard greens, mango,  kiwi, strawberry, basil and water.

I found this to be sweet and frothy.  I was surprised that I didn't taste the collard greens at all.  I blended it long enough to a smooth consistency.  I enjoyed this enough to add it to my course list.
