DAY 3 -30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge
Ingredients are spinach, lime juice, honey, cucumber, mint ans water.
Even though I put all of the ingredients into the blender it felt more like a juice. It was very thin and refreshing. It didn't feel like a smoothie and it didn't fill me up. I would consider making it to drink along with a meal. I enjoyed the taste.
