Day 25 - Sharing green smoothies with a friend
Today I was walking in a fundraiser with a friend. When she came over to go i asked her if she wanted to share a green smoothie. She was up for the challenge and we created a new balance. We substituted collard greens for kale. We also added a squeeze of lemon and agave nectar to blend the flavors together.
Frozen Strawberries, avocado, banana, collard greens, agave nectar, squeeze of lemon and water.
