Transform 30 Challenge - Day 1
Hello It's Dr. Dae!
My patients and I are taking the Transform 30 (T30) Challenge together to create healthier habits. It will work by first reducing toxic food, refined sugar, caffeine, alcohol, as well as chemicals and replacing them with energizing plant foods full of phytonutrients and antioxidants. Hydration, exercise, rest and relaxation are also important components of the challenge.
