What is your purpose?
Do you ever stop and think about what makes you excited about getting out of the bed in the morning?
This doesn’t mean that what you do every day is your life’s purpose. Perhaps it is what you do on the weekends. Maybe it is a project that you want to bring into the world. Maybe it is fighting for justice for the injustice you see in the world.
Are you living your purpose? Do you have something that you do that brings you joy in the world? If the answer is YES, then you are living on purpose!
If there is something that you want to do but you don’t have the energy to do it after you finish your day at work, then you are not living your purpose. When you don’t have the energy, is it because you don’t have optimal health!
Are you tired because you are not sleeping well or maybe you are having hot flashes?
Maybe it is because you have diabetes and your blood sugars, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol are making you tired and you aren't even realizing it.
If you are overweight, the extra weight is making you tired! Do you realize that that extra weight is like carrying a 20-pound, 30-pound or 40-pound bag or more around with every step of your life!? That would make anyone tired. Don’t you think so? Of course, you are tired.
