Everything you really wanted to know about self-care you learned in kindergarten.

Self-care is a mandatory for each of us. We would truly benefit from having self-care classes, starting in kindergarten and repeated every year for the rest of our lives!

When you think about it, self-care is simply a set of lifestyle habits that you do on a daily basis.  We have learned healthy habits, even before kindergarten, for example, brushing your teeth. It takes about 5 minutes, 2 times per day, but it has a huge impact on our health.  

If you could start spending just 10 minutes per day learning new healthy habits, you could change and drastically improve your life.   Setting aside 10 minutes a day, with the right exercise, can help you lower your blood pressure or blood sugar. Only 10 minutes per day spent preparing the right kind of meals could allow you to lose weight or lower your blood pressure.  Less than 10 minutes each day, used for taking the right supplements could reverse anxiety or heart disease.
