Are you tired of being tired?

Fatigue is one of the most common complaints that send people to the doctor’s office.  There are so many common reasons people can have fatigue: poor diet, over stressed, depression, insomnia, anemia or simply lack of sleep, just to name a few.

There are many nutritional deficiencies that can be found, from a functional endocrinology perspective, just from reviewing your blood work.  If you have been reading my posts for any amount of time, you know that I often speak about the importance of having the right lab test to uncover the reason(s) why you are feeling so fatigued.

Most people have no idea that analyzing your labs can make all the difference in understanding what steps you need to take to change your habits and increase your energy and vitality.  Our practice members have said that one of the most special experiences they have in our office is reviewing their labs to help them understand why they are so tired. Once they understood what was causing the problems, they were ready to make the simple changes needed to get more energy and vitality back into their life.

If you are ready to have more energy, and find the underlying cause of your fatigue, come to our next Stress Hormones & Health seminar to learn more.
