Being fathered.

This month’s theme is Embracing change makes life Sweeter.

I am going to ask you to change your idea of what fathering means.  We spend so much time talking about “being mothered”, but do we spend time taking about “being fathered”?

Fathering is important for our healing process.  The masculine energy is often defined through taking action or helping to move things forward in life.

Simply put, fathering can mean ‘being the founder of a process or an idea’.  To father can also mean ‘to be the leader of or the champion to’.

When we father ourselves, we are taking control of ourselves and our health . We make the needed change so we can achieve our goals.  Are there things that you want to do, like run around with your grandchildren, travel when you retire or have more energy to start that next project?  If you want to achieve your goals, then you have to have your health. You have to be willing to take control of your health.

Every day, we have practice members that have learned how to take control of their health.  Check out our Stress, Inflammation and Health seminar and learn to father yourself and take control of your health.
