Whole Grains are Carbohydrates that Love you Back

Do you know the difference between whole foods and whole grains?  If you don't don't worry here is information to help you understand the difference.   

Whole grains are carbohydrates that have fiber.  Fiber helps to balance blood sugars and important for heart healthy.  It is one of the staples of my protocols for hormonal imbalance too.
