Strawberry Banana Surprise Smoothie
Surprise! This smoothie has lettuce in it! The combination of fruit and vegetables gives you vitamin C and fiber. Increased fiber content is essential for proper elimination, detoxification and anti-aging. The almond milk adds healthy monounsaturated fats to this smoothie.
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
2 Romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cup of almond milk
½ cup of water
Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth, about 1 minute.
