Today happiness is a spontaneous outdoor meditation group when our church was locked. Our, Unity of Washington DC has noon-time meditation, at the 700 A Street, NE location. Today there was some confusion with the meditation leaders and there was no one there to open the door. The small group that gathered decided to find a shady area on the side of the church and meditated together listening to the birds chirping as our music. It was a special gift for us.
Meditation is open to anyone so if you are in the capital hill area at noon, join us Monday – Friday at Unity of Washington, DC 700 A Street, NE.
