One of my favorite anytime foods is a green smoothie! During my cooking demo I made this recipe as a milkshake or dessert. I love to make this first thing in the morning as breakfast.
This is a simple recipe that packed with nutrients. It is very chocolaty even though it is bright green.
- 1 banana
- 2 cups of spinach
- I scoop of dutch chocolate Juice Plus Complete
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk (or another dairy alternative)
- 2 cups of ice
Put all of the ingredients into the blender and mix for about 1 minute.
